Providing our employees with the best benefits is a priority. We offer a comprehensive plan through Anthem with plenty of options for you, your domestic partner, spouse and or children. We also offer the Kaiser HMO, a Health Savings Account option, and Flexible Spending Accounts. Health, Dental and Vision plans are available to all full-time regular employees. And we have a 401K plan so that all of our full-time regular employees can plan for their future. We even make contributions for entry-level employees, so this may be more money in your pocket.

Our vacation policy is… well, we don’t have a vacation policy; we’re all about responsibility. You’re a grownup, we trust you to figure out the time you need to have off as well as get all your work done.

We’ve got a great space, in a great place.

Downtown San Mateo is a great place to be, and we’re in the middle of it. Our office is a quick five minute walk from the San Mateo Caltrain station, which will get you to and from San Jose and San Francisco, and anywhere in between. We provide company-paid parking passes for those who prefer to brave the traffic and offer a commuter benefits program for those who use public transportation.

There is such a thing as a free lunch.

We keep our kitchens stocked with complimentary snacks and have an open ordering system, so we can add items based on your preferences. We provide two catered lunches per week for our employees, and encourage team lunch meetings outside our office. There are a ton of great restaurants just outside our doors.

We know how to play.

Regular “fun nights” and company outings are part of our culture – because our business is play.

Our employees host card, board, and video game nights every week and the food and beverages are on us. All employees are encouraged to think of their own theme night.

Every few weeks we host a happy hour event at a local establishment. We’ve also held one-off events to celebrate company milestones – or just because we wanted to: dinners, a company-wide BBQ at the CEO’s house, go-kart racing, cheering on the San Francisco Giants at AT&T Park, an overnight to Lake Tahoe.
